En mayo, en Livingstone Partners Stockholm tuvimos el placer de recibir al equipo jur\u00eddico de Eversheds Sutherland \u2013 Anna Thoms, Jens Andr\u00e9 y Victor Frejdig- en uno de nuestros recurrentes  Knowledge Lunches<\/em>. \nDurante el almuerzo, Eversheds Sutherland comparti\u00f3 las conclusiones de su informe M&A Market Monitor \u2013 Sweden 2024, destacando las tendencias actuales en los acuerdos de transacci\u00f3n desde las perspectivas jur\u00eddica y comercial. El debate abarc\u00f3, entre otras cosas, mecanismos de precio de compra, earn-outs y reinversiones, as\u00ed como la asignaci\u00f3n de responsabilidades a trav\u00e9s de garant\u00edas y compromisos espec\u00edficos.
