A lo largo de su trayectoria ha desarrollado su carrera en firmas l\u00edderes, compa\u00f1\u00edas de alto crecimiento y en un family office de referencia en la Comunidad Valenciana, combinando s\u00f3lida capacidad t\u00e9cnica, gesti\u00f3n de equipos, visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y una amplia experiencia multisectorial.<\/p><p>Antes de su incorporaci\u00f3n a Livingstone, fue Socio responsable de Deal Advisory en KPMG para la Comunidad Valenciana y la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia. Previamente, desempe\u00f1\u00f3 posiciones clave en el \u00e1mbito corporativo y de inversi\u00f3n, entre ellas la de Director Financiero Corporativo de BigBuy. Durante m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada form\u00f3 parte de Grupo Zriser como responsable de inversiones, siendo miembro de su Comit\u00e9 de Direcci\u00f3n y participando en los Consejos de Administraci\u00f3n de diversas compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p><p>En esta etapa lider\u00f3 y ejecut\u00f3 procesos de inversi\u00f3n y desinversi\u00f3n, gestion\u00f3 compa\u00f1\u00edas participadas y analiz\u00f3 oportunidades en private equity y venture capital, participando en 18 transacciones corporativas.<\/p><p>Inici\u00f3 su carrera profesional en PwC, donde alcanz\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n de Gerente en el \u00e1rea de Assurance.<\/p><p><strong>Formaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Licenciado en Administraci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas por la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Executive MBA en INEDE \u2013 UCV.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Programa Superior, Financiaciones Estructuradas y Capital Riesgo. IE Business School<\/p><\/li><li><p>Especialista en Contabilidad y Auditor\u00eda de Cuentas del Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de Espa\u00f1a y la Universidad de Alcal\u00e1.
