KG<\/a>(\u00abNatsu\u00bb o \u00abla compa\u00f1\u00eda\u00bb) en la refinanciaci\u00f3n de su deuda a plazo y sus l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito\u00a0<em>revolving<\/em>. Las condiciones de la operaci\u00f3n no se han hecho p\u00fablicas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundada en 2004, Natsu es uno de los principales productores alemanes de platos preparados frescos y ultrafrescos, de marca propia y de marca blanca, entre ellos productos a base de arroz (como sushi y onigiri) y de panader\u00eda (s\u00e1ndwiches, wraps y boller\u00eda). Cuenta con tres centros de producci\u00f3n en Alemania y Polonia. A trav\u00e9s de la entrega directa y la log\u00edstica de almac\u00e9n, Natsu abastece a las principales cadenas de supermercados, tiendas de descuento, gasolineras y empresas de restauraci\u00f3n de Alemania y de los pa\u00edses europeos lim\u00edtrofes, y es reconocida como l\u00edder de su categor\u00eda por su apuesta por la innovaci\u00f3n de producto. La compa\u00f1\u00eda sigue dirigida por sus cofundadores, Tim y Tom H\u00f6rnemann, y factura cerca de 100 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Natsu contrat\u00f3 a Livingstone como asesor financiero exclusivo para analizar sus opciones estrat\u00e9gicas de cara a su pr\u00f3xima fase de crecimiento. Livingstone acompa\u00f1\u00f3 a Natsu en una revisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica exhaustiva de distintas alternativas de financiaci\u00f3n, entre ellas varias ofertas de adquisici\u00f3n de hasta el 100 % del capital. Finalmente, se opt\u00f3 por refinanciar la compa\u00f1\u00eda como la estructura id\u00f3nea para cumplir los objetivos de los hermanos H\u00f6rnemann.
