Los t\u00e9rminos de la operaci\u00f3n no han sido revelados.<\/strong><\/p><p>Zanten, mayorista t\u00e9cnico especializado en el suministro de productos y servicios relacionados con MRO a una amplia variedad de sectores, se ha fusionado con IP Duursma. Zanten opera m\u00faltiples sucursales de venta situadas principalmente en Limburgo y Brabante Septentrional.<\/p><p>IP Duursma tiene una oferta similar a la de Zanten y cuenta con 11 sucursales de venta en el norte, este y centro de los Pa\u00edses Bajos.<\/p><p>Ambas empresas forman parte de la cooperativa IP IndustriePartner desde 2014 y colaboran estrechamente desde entonces. La gama de productos, los m\u00e9todos de trabajo y el enfoque regional encajan a la perfecci\u00f3n. Ambas empresas familiares tienen una larga historia y son muy similares en cuanto a cultura y organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La transacci\u00f3n se firm\u00f3 en abril de
