La operaci\u00f3n se cerr\u00f3 el pasado 23 de diciembre despu\u00e9s de que se alcanzara un acuerdo el 30 de noviembre de 2011. Los t\u00e9rminos de la operaci\u00f3n no se han hecho p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p><p>El acuerdo de compra y venta firmado por las partes incluye un acuerdo de fabricaci\u00f3n para la producci\u00f3n y suministro a Kimberly-Clark de los productos producidos actualmente en las f\u00e1bricas de Aranguren and Arceniega. Los nuevos due\u00f1os han anunciado que apostar\u00e1n por la competitividad y el futuro de la empresa, a la vez que han confirmado su estrategia de inversi\u00f3n que alcanzar\u00e1 los 20 millones de euros en los tres pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>Kimberly-Clark y sus prestigiosas marcas a nivel mundial son una parte indispensable en la vida de las personas de m\u00e1s de 150 pa\u00edses. Cada d\u00eda, 1.300 millones de personas, casi un cuarto de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial, conf\u00edan en las marcas KC en en sus soluciones para mejorar su salud, higiene y bienestar. Con marcas como Kleenex\u00ae, Andrex\u00ae, Scott\u00ae, Huggies\u00ae, Pull-Ups\u00ae, Kotex\u00ae y Depend\u00ae, Kimberly-Clark es n\u00famero uno o dos del mercado en m\u00e1s de 80 pa\u00edses.<\/p><p>Indarkia fue creada por empresarios vascos con el objetivo de llevar a cabo inversiones a largo plazo en los sectores de la industria y de la energ\u00eda. Ezten FCR es un fondo de capital riesgo bajo responsabilidad del Departamento de Industria, Innovaci\u00f3n, Comercio y Turismo del Pa\u00eds Vasco. En el momento del cierre de esta operaci\u00f3n, Ezten ten\u00eda 80 millones de euros invertidos en 57 empresas distintas.<\/p><p><strong>Steven Lewis, Socio de Livingstone Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> dijo:<em> \u201cLa venta de estos activos por parte de Kimberly-Clark a un grupo de inversores vascos apoyados por el gobierno local a trav\u00e9s de su fondo de capital riesgo, permitir\u00e1 conservar los puestos de trabajo a la vez que se mantendr\u00e1 el fuerte compromiso de la regi\u00f3n con la industria papelera.
