Los t\u00e9rminos de la operaci\u00f3n no se han hecho p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p><p>Imtech es un grupo l\u00edder en Europa, en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios t\u00e9cnicos en los campos de la ingenier\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, mec\u00e1nica y telecomunicaciones. El grupo tiene una plantilla de unas 18.000 personas y sus ventas anuales alcanzan los 3 mil millones de euros.<\/p><p>Con esta adquisici\u00f3n, Imtech se beneficiar\u00e1 de un incremento por acci\u00f3n a la vez que le proporcionar\u00e1 una base s\u00f3lida para fortalecer su posici\u00f3n en el mercado espa\u00f1ol para la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios t\u00e9cnicos industriales. El equipo directivo de Metubsa se quedar\u00e1 con
