Con esta esta operaci\u00f3n el fundador de la empresa y su equipo directivo han adquirido el 100% del control de la empresa a los inversores financieros que la participaban. Para financiar la operaci\u00f3n RBS Citizens Bank N.A. ha concedido la deuda senior. El resto de la deuda ha sido respaldada por F.N.B. Capital Corporation via deuda mezzanine.<\/p>\n<p>Creada en 1982 en la ciudad norteamericana de Buffalo (estado de Nueva York) ICE es l\u00edder en la fabricaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1quinas de juego para la industria del ocio, de los deportes y de los v\u00eddeojuegos. El \u00e9xito de la compa\u00f1\u00eda surgi\u00f3 con uno de sus productos, el juego de hockey sobre hielo SUPER CHEXX, y actualemente ofrece la gama m\u00e1s amplia de productos de la industria, inclu\u00eddos los juegos \u201cCyclone\u201d, \u201cWheel of Fortune\u201d, \u201cNBA Hoops\u201d, \u201cNFL 2-Minute Drill\u201d, y \u201cDeal or No Deal\u201d.
