Los t\u00e9rminos de la operaci\u00f3n no se han hecho p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>McAninch es un contratista norteamericano especializado en grandes infraestructuras de obra civil que proporciona servicios de materiales construcci\u00f3n para movimiento de tierra, allanamiento de suelos y obras subterr\u00e1neas para clientes tanto en el sector privado como p\u00fablico en los estados de Iowa y Missouri. Entre lo grandes proyectos de obra civil de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda caben destacar infraestructura de autopistas y calles, plantas de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, desarrollo de obras residenciales y comerciales y diques de contenci\u00f3n. La Compa\u00f1\u00eda es considerada a nivel nacional como uno de los mejores contratistas para movimientos de tierra.<\/p>\n<p>Doug McAninch, Presidente de McAninch dijo:<strong>\u201dEl equipo de Livingstone ha resultado ser el socio id\u00f3neo para McAninch.
