(&#8220;Global Power&#8221;) (NASDAQ: GLPW). Koontz-Wagner formaba parte de la cartera industrial de High Street Capital (\u201cHigh Street\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Global Power financiar\u00e1 en su totalidad, sin respaldo, los 31,5 millones de d\u00f3lares de la compra.
