El equipo alem\u00e1n de Livingstone, especializado en el sector industrial, ha asesorado a Systemair en el proceso de adquisici\u00f3n cuyos t\u00e9rminos no se han hecho p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p><p>Systemair fue creado en 1974. En la actualidad, el Grupo cotiza en el NASDAQ (OMX: SYSR) y est\u00e1 formado por unas 60 empresas. Systemair contrata a 3.400 personas y opera en 44 pa\u00edses en Europa, Am\u00e9rica del Sur y del Norte, Oriente Medio, Asia y Sur\u00c1frica. En 2011\/2012, las ventas del Grupo alcanzaron los 4.000 millones de coronas suecas (SEK). Systemair comercializa sus productos bajo las marcas Frico, VEAB y Fantech.<\/p><p>Creado en 1981, y con sede en la ciudad alemana de M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr, Menerga es un fabricante l\u00edder en Europa de equipos de climatizaci\u00f3n para comfort, piscinas y sistemas de ventilaci\u00f3n, con un fuerte enfoque al ahorro de energ\u00eda. En 2012, la empresa registr\u00f3 ventas de 56,7 millones de euros, de las que el 50% se realizaron fuera de Alemania.
