Los t\u00e9rminos de la operaci\u00f3n no se han hecho p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p><p>Creada en 1944, y con sede en Malm\u00f6, Areco es una compa\u00f1\u00eda sueca l\u00edder en la fabricaci\u00f3n de material de acero para la industria de la construcci\u00f3n. Con una plantilla de 110 empleados, las ventas de Areco alcanzan los SEK800m (unos \u20ac85m). Esta operaci\u00f3n de compra se enmarca dentro del plan de crecimiento de Areco para convertirse en un distribuidor completo de productos de chapas de acero en toda Suecia a trav\u00e9s del concepto de tienda Areco Direct. Con ventas de SEK 50m (\u20ac5,5m), y una plantilla de 10 personas, \u00c9ton es un mayorista de metales en G\u00f6teborg.<\/p><p><strong>Peter Areskog, CEO de Areco<\/strong> dijo: <em>\u00abHemos estado pendientes de la evoluci\u00f3n de \u00c9ton y creemos que existe un gran potencial en la compa\u00f1\u00eda.
