La nueva compa\u00f1\u00eda ampliada, con cerca de 150 empleados en plantilla y unos 750 incluyendo a los subcontratistas, tiene previsto alcanzar ventas de unos 82,5 millones de euros (SEK 800m).<\/strong><\/p><p>Bellmans \u00c5keri &amp; Entreprenad fue creada en 1972 y es, en la actualidad, el transportista m\u00e1s importante de Estocolmo para el sector de la construcci\u00f3n. La compa\u00f1\u00eda incluye en sus servicios la excavaci\u00f3n, el transporte, voladura y transporte, y transporta camiones y equipos para la construcci\u00f3n con operadores.<\/p><p>Uppl\u00e4ndska Berg es una de las empresas suecas m\u00e1s grandes del pa\u00eds con actividades para el sector minero, ofreciendo una amplio abanico de servicios completos cualificados. El fondo de private equity, Verdane, con alto grado de especializaci\u00f3n en el sector industrial, adquiri\u00f3 una participaci\u00f3n mayoritaria de Uppl\u00e4ndska Berg en 2016.<\/p><p>La nueva y exitosa estructura formada por Bellmans y Uppl\u00e4ndska Berg podr\u00e1 hacer frente a proyectos de clientes m\u00e1s complejos, permitiendo al nuevo grupo crecer y convertirse con el tiempo en el m\u00e1s importante de su sector bien sea por la v\u00eda del crecimiento org\u00e1nico o mediante adquisiciones estrat\u00e9gicas.
