Esta operaci\u00f3n es la \u00faltima de una amplia lista de adquisiciones por parte de Bygghemma en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, todas ellas relacionadas con el segmento del DIY. Livingstone ha asesorado a Golvpoolen en la operaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p><p>Creado en 1990, Golvpool empez\u00f3 como un comercio minorista de revestimiento de suelos. La empresa ha crecido y se ha convertido en uno de los minoristas escandinavos m\u00e1s importantes en la oferta de soluciones relacionadas con suelos, baldosas y cuartos de ba\u00f1o, ofreciendo marcas destacadas. Golvpool, que atiende tanto al comercio minorista como a profesionales, posee una infraestructura multicanal con cuatro tiendas en el sur de Suecia y un portal de venta por internet.<\/p><p><em>Bygghemma.se<\/em> es el minorista n\u00f3rdico l\u00edder en bricolaje.
