El equipo industrial de Livingstone ha asesorado a Keystone Capital en la venta de una de sus empresas en cartera, Atlas Die, LLC, l\u00edder en su sector de fabricaci\u00f3n de troqueles, a Auxo Investment Partners. Livingstone actu\u00f3 en calidad de asesor financiero exclusivo de Atlas y de  Keystone.<\/strong><\/p>

Creada hace 65 a\u00f1os, Atlas Die es un importante fabricante de reglas de fleje de acero de alta ingenier\u00eda, troqueles rotativos flexibles y s\u00f3lidos, y otros accesorios para clientes de grandes empresas en sectores tales como bienes de consumo, alimentaci\u00f3n y bebidas, healthcare, farmac\u00e9utico e industrial en general.<\/p>
