Ltd"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El equipo Industrial de Livingstone ha asesorado a Baird Capital y a los accionistas de su empresa en cartera RaySpec, fabricante de detectores innovadores de rayos X, en su adquisici\u00f3n por parte de\u00a0la compa\u00f1\u00eda japonesa Polatechno, Co.Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Con sede en la poblaci\u00f3n brit\u00e1nica de High Wycombe, RaySpec (antes SGX Sensortech) es un proveedor l\u00edder de equipos de alto rendimiento de rayos X por energ\u00eda dispersiva as\u00ed como sistemas electr\u00f3nicos de procesamiento de impulsos. La compa\u00f1\u00eda dise\u00f1a, fabrica y vende detectores y sistemas para equipos de investigaci\u00f3n en el mercado anal\u00edtico de rayos X, atendiendo a clientes internacionales.
