KG.<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p>Creada en 1973, Sommer &amp; Strassburger se dedica al dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n de equipos para la industria farmac\u00e9utica, alimentaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda del agua e industria qu\u00edmica. La compa\u00f1\u00eda ocupa una posici\u00f3n de liderazgo como fabricante de tanques de procesamiento, carcasas de filtros y contenedores de membrana a trav\u00e9s de sus marcas AseptraLine, FiltraLine y MembraLine. En Junio de 2018, la compa\u00f1\u00eda present\u00f3 asimismo su l\u00ednea de productos ResiLine, un innovador contenedor de membrana resistente a la corrosi\u00f3n hecho de acero inoxidable cubierto con polimero para el transporte de sustancias con alto contenido de sal o cloro.<\/p><p>GESCO AG es un grupo industrial alem\u00e1n formado por compa\u00f1\u00edas l\u00edderes en tecnolog\u00eda y mercado en el sector de los bienes de capital, centradas en procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n, recursos, sanidad, infraestructura y tecnolog\u00eda de la movilidad. GESCO AG est\u00e1 cotizado en el Prime Standard, ofreciendo a los inversores privados e institucionales acceso a una cartera de campeones ocultos entre las pymes industriales de Alemania. Michael Hilpp, due\u00f1o de Sommer &amp; Strassburger, permanecer\u00e1 en la compa\u00f1\u00eda como director general. Con cerca de 125 empleados, Sommer &amp; Strassburger genera ventas de cerca de 20 millones de euros. Tras su uni\u00f3n con GESCO Group, la compa\u00f1\u00eda pasar\u00e1 a formar parte del segmento de Tecnolog\u00eda de Procesos de Fabricaci\u00f3n.
