Las dos compa\u00f1\u00edas l\u00edderes en el cuidado de la incontinencia seguir\u00e1n creciendo como grupo reci\u00e9n formado con el respaldo de Gimv. Los t\u00e9rminos de la operaci\u00f3n no se han hecho p\u00fablicos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tras esta operaci\u00f3n, Medi-Markt Homecare-Service GmbH y Medi Markt Service Nord Ost GmbH, y sus filiales, que emplean a unas 225 personas, formar\u00e1n un \u00fanico grupo y operar\u00e1n conjuntamente bajo la marca Medi-Markt, con sede en Mannheim. Markus Reichel, antiguo Director General de Medi-Markt Homecare-Service GmbH, ser\u00e1 CEO y co-accionista del grupo. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas se dedican a la venta por correo de productos m\u00e9dicos para el cuidado personal en el hogar, con un enfoque especial en los absorbentes para la incontinencia. Ofrecen asimismo productos para incontinencia revulsiva, control de diabetes, cuidado del estoma, nutrici\u00f3n enteral, desinfecci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n, e higiene personal, proponiendo aproximadamente un total de 12.000 productos diferentes. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas distribuyen productos de marca y productos blancos. Medi-Markt es uno de los principales proveedores de productos para la incontinencia y el tratamiento del estoma en Alemania. Las ventas anuales combinadas del grupo superan los 50 millones de euros. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Medi-Markt suministra productos y servicios a unos 150.000 consumidores finales al a\u00f1o.
