Neumann-Wolff AG.<\/p>\n<p>La historia de arti se remonta a 1971. Fundada inicialmente como una peque\u00f1a divisi\u00f3n de impresi\u00f3n, dentro del Grupo Bertelsmann, la compa\u00f1\u00eda se convirti\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente en editora l\u00edder en Alemania de calendarios murales y agendas. Desde octubre de 2014 arti opera de manera separada en el mercado, pasando a ser independiente en 2016 en la localidad de Herzbrock-Clarholz. Con una plantilla de 120 personas, la compa\u00f1\u00eda gener\u00f3 ventas de cerca de 25 millones de euros en 2016.<\/p>\n<p>El 27 de septiembre de 2017 ante el tribunal del distrito de Bielefeld, la compa\u00f1\u00eda inici\u00f3 un proceso de insolvencia bajo administraci\u00f3n directa. El abogado Stefan Meyer (PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, L\u00fcbbecke) fue nombrado administrador en el marco de una administraci\u00f3n directa prevista en el art\u00edculo \u00a7270a InsO de la legislaci\u00f3n alemana en materia de quiebra. Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n del administrador preliminar a finales de octubre de 2017, el equipo directivo de la administraci\u00f3n directa, asesorada por Buchalik Br\u00f6mmekamp Unternehmensberatung GmbH, D\u00fcsseldorf, solicit\u00f3 a Livingstone la ejecuci\u00f3n un proceso de M&amp;A estructurado.<\/p>\n<p>En un marco de tiempo limitado, Livingstone seleccion\u00f3 y contact\u00f3 de forma directa con inversores potenciales en todo el mundo. La junta de acreedores, con la opci\u00f3n de poder elegir entre compradores nacionales e internacionales, decidi\u00f3 aceptar la oferta de Dr. Ing. Neumann-Wolff AG.
