Esta operaci\u00f3n convierte a IMP y Norman Hay en un grupo l\u00edder internacional de selladores de impregnaci\u00f3n. Los t\u00e9rminos de la transacci\u00f3n no se han hecho p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>Con sede en Monheim am Rhein, en la cercan\u00eda de D\u00fcsseldorf, IMP no s\u00f3lo es pionera, y posee patentes, en el proceso para el sellado e impregnaci\u00f3n de componentes met\u00e1licos porosos (junto con la compa\u00f1\u00eda Ing. Hubert Maldaner GmbH, en adelante \u201cMaldaner\u201d), sino que tambi\u00e9n es uno de los fabricantes m\u00e1s importantes del mundo de selladores de impregnaci\u00f3n y aditivos qu\u00edmicos. Norman Hay, con sede en Coventry (UK), es un l\u00edder internacionalmente reconocido en la fabricaci\u00f3n de especialidades qu\u00edmicas industriales, selladores, recubrimientos superficiales y plantas de procesado. Norman Hay opera en tres \u00e1reas de negocio principales: recubrimientos superficiales con Surface Technology y SIFCO ASC; equipos de proceso y qu\u00edmicos de sellado por impregnaci\u00f3n con Ultraseal International, que tambi\u00e9n incluye al grupo Sterr &amp; Eder de Landshut, Alemania, y equipos de plantas de proceso, con NHE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;La estructura accionarial de IMP evolucion\u00f3 con el tiempo, y la mayor\u00eda de sus accionistas plantearon la cuesti\u00f3n de la sucesi\u00f3n con respecto a sus inversiones.
