Livingstone ha asesorado al equipo directivo de<\/strong> VISI\/ONE GmbH<\/strong><\/a> en la venta del negocio al <\/strong>grupo Choice<\/strong><\/a>, un proveedor de soluciones de movilidad de Nuremberg. Las partes han acordado no hacer p\u00fablicos los puntos clave de la operaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>

Con sede Remscheid, y con presencia en Berlin, VISI\/ONE se ha establecido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os como un exitoso desarrollador de sistemas de etiquetado de precios anal\u00f3gicos y digitales para concesionarios de coches usados\u200b, y ha logrado establecer un acceso exclusivo a las marcas de autom\u00f3viles m\u00e1s grandes del mundo. La compa\u00f1\u00eda tambi\u00e9n ha logrado desarrollar su propia tecnolog\u00eda de hardware y software basada en la nube que atiende espec\u00edficamente al sector automoci\u00f3n en torno a los precios digitales, a medida que crece la demanda de sistemas de precios digitales y sus productos complementarios. Ante una situaci\u00f3n de falta de liquidez, el equipo directivo de VISI\/ONE decidi\u00f3 solicitar la insolvencia el 1 de junio de 2019. El abogado Dr. Dirk Andres, del bufete de D\u00fcsseldorf AndresPartner PartG mbB, fue designado como administrador provisional por orden del Tribunal de Wuppertal. Unos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, el equipo de Livingstone en D\u00fcsseldorf fue mandatado por la direcci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, asesorada por los abogados Nils Krause y Michael Busching de ECOVIS Grieger Mallison & Partner Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfer Rechtsanw\u00e4lte (Hamburgo), para llevar a cabo un proceso estructurado de M&A e identificar a un inversor para la compan\u00eda.<\/p>
