Livingstone ha asesorado a Diversified Fall Protection (en adelante \u201cDFP\u201d), una compa\u00f1\u00eda en cartera de North Branch Capital, LLC, en su reciente adquisici\u00f3n de <\/strong>Peak Fall Protection, Inc<\/strong><\/a>. (\u201cPeak,\u201d o junto con DFP, la \u201cCompa\u00f1\u00eda\u201d). Con esta operaci\u00f3n, se ha creado una de las compa\u00f1\u00edas m\u00e1s grandes de Am\u00e9rica del Norte especializada en sistemas de protecci\u00f3n contra ca\u00eddas.<\/strong><\/p>

Con sede en Apex, Carolina del Norte, Peak es un proveedor de sistemas completos de ingenier\u00eda de protecci\u00f3n contra ca\u00eddas y servicios relacionados.<\/p>

Peak representa la primera adquisici\u00f3n que se une al grupo DFP, y que se ha cerrado tan solo cinco meses despu\u00e9s de la recapitalizaci\u00f3n con North Branch Capital en mayo de 2019. La operaci\u00f3n ofrece m\u00e1s tama\u00f1o a DFP y marca el primer paso para convertirse en un l\u00edder nacional en el mercado norteamericano de la protecci\u00f3n contra ca\u00eddas. En este sentido, la presencia de Peak en tres localizaciones, en Carolina del Norte, Virginia y Tennessee, se ve reforzada con las instalaciones de DFP en Westlake, Ohio ampliando en gran medida la presencia geogr\u00e1fica de la nueva Compa\u00f1\u00eda en el creciente mercado del Sudeste norteamericano.<\/p>

La adquisici\u00f3n de Peak es operaci\u00f3n n\u00famero 56 cerrada este a\u00f1o, tras la venta de Royal Truck Body a Spartan Motors y la desinversi\u00f3n de las operaciones y activos de planta de Rescar Company a Eagle Railcar Services. Asimismo, esta operaci\u00f3n refuerza Livingstone como asesor elegido por empresas
