Las partes han acordado no revelar los puntos clave de la transacci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p><p>CR Clemens Reuschenbach es una empresa individual gestionada por sus propietarios de Renania-Palatinado. La compa\u00f1\u00eda ofrece servicios en el campo de la ingenier\u00eda civil, el revestimiento anti-est\u00e1tico, la perforaci\u00f3n al ras y los m\u00e9todos de perforaci\u00f3n horizontal con un parque de equipos especializados y se ha establecido como un socio de confianza para construir infraestructuras de red en la industria de las telecomunicaciones y para otros medios. Los clientes son inversores comerciales, servicios p\u00fablicos municipales, Ayuntamientos y operadores de redes. <\/p><p>El Grupo vitronet act\u00faa como contratista general para proyectos de infraestructura de cobre y fibra \u00f3ptica a nivel nacional desde su sede en Essen y otras seis ubicaciones a nivel nacional. Como socio de proveedores de energ\u00eda, proveedores de redes, empresas industriales y clientes p\u00fablicos, vitronet ofrece servicios integrales. Esto incluye trabajos de planificaci\u00f3n, ingenier\u00eda civil, tendido de cables, montaje y mantenimiento.
