El equipo Industrial de Livingstone ha asesorado con \u00e9xito a <\/strong>Etex<\/strong><\/a>, grupo internacional belga especializado en materiales de construcci\u00f3n, en el proceso de desinversi\u00f3n de su filial sudafricana <\/strong>Marley (SA) (Pty) Ltd.<\/strong><\/a> especializada en la fabricaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de tejas residenciales a<\/strong> Kutana Investment Group<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>

Marley (SA) (Pty) Ltd. fue fundada en 1971 y adquirida por Etex en 1999. Dedicada a la fabricaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de tejas y accesorios de hormig\u00f3n para tejados, Marley, con cuatro plantas productivas y 300 empleados, es una empresa de reconocido prestigio en su sector en Sud\u00e1frica.<\/p>

Kutana Investment es un grupo de inversi\u00f3n con ra\u00edces locales. Kutana, junto con la gesti\u00f3n del equipo directivo de Marley aportar\u00e1 valor para el negocio a lo largo del tiempo de un modo sostenible.<\/p>
