Livingstone ha asesorado a <\/strong>IBS Scaffolding<\/strong><\/a> en su venta a <\/strong>Xervon<\/strong><\/a>. La transacci\u00f3n es el resultado de un proceso de venta estructurado en el que Livingstone ha identificado los compradores que ofrec\u00edan las condiciones adecuadas para la expansi\u00f3n continuada de IBS. Xervon adquiere el 100% de las acciones en IBS.<\/strong> <\/p>

IBS<\/a>, compa\u00f1\u00eda familiar, fu\u00e9 fundada en 1978 y ha crecido hasta tener ~90 empleados con una facturaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente SEK 125 million (12,5m EUR). La compa\u00f1\u00eda tiene sedes en Oskarshamn, Gothenburg, Norrk\u00f6ping, Link\u00f6ping, Kalmar, M\u00f6nster\u00e5s y Ringhals, cuenta con autorizaci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n industrial STIB y certificaciones a sus sistemas de calidad, seguridad y gesti\u00f3n medioambiental. <\/p>

Xervon<\/a> es uno de los principales proveedores de Suecia de andamiaje y protecci\u00f3n superficial de elementos a la intemperie. Las operaciones de este grupo en Suecia ten\u00edan una facturaci\u00f3n de SEK 355 millones (36 m EUR) el a\u00f1o pasado.
