Los t\u00e9rminos de la transacci\u00f3n no se han revelado.<\/p>\n<p>Con sede en Bruselas, Amadys es un integrador de sistemas l\u00edder en soluciones de conectividad de extremo a extremo para los mercados de telecomunicaciones, infraestructuras, energ\u00eda y centros de datos. Muth garantiza un almacenamiento \u00f3ptimo del material para poder conseguir unos plazos de entrega r\u00e1pidos.\u00a0Junto con el amplio know-how del producto, Muth es un socio de confianza para sus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>La adquisici\u00f3n de Muth Kommunikationstechnik GmbH es otro paso importante en la estrategia de crecimiento del Grupo Amadys.\u00a0La transacci\u00f3n permite al Grupo Amadys, en constante crecimiento, aumentar su alcance en la regi\u00f3n DACH y mejorar su capacidad de actuar como proveedor \u00fanico para sus socios comerciales.
