A trav\u00e9s de la operaci\u00f3n, J2L adquiri\u00f3 el 100% de las acciones de Rehobot AB, empresa matriz de Rehobot Hydraulics AB y Simson Power Tools AB.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rehobot.es\">Rehobot Hydraulics<\/a>, con sede en Eskilstuna (Suecia), desarrolla, fabrica y vende innovadores productos y sistemas hidr\u00e1ulicos de alta presi\u00f3n para su uso en aplicaciones de servicio y mantenimiento. La empresa, l\u00edder del mercado en la regi\u00f3n n\u00f3rdica, exporta sus productos a todo el mundo, con ventas en unos 50 pa\u00edses. Las ra\u00edces de Rehobot Hydraulics se remontan a 1924 y desde entonces ofrece productos y soluciones que incluyen bombas hidr\u00e1ulicas de alta presi\u00f3n, cilindros, herramientas y equipos de rescate. Rehobot Hydraulics, a trav\u00e9s de empresas del mismo grupo, tiene sus propias oficinas de ventas y almacenes en EE.UU. y el Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo empresarial tambi\u00e9n incluye a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simsonpowertools.com\/en\/#pll_switcher\">Simson Power Tools<\/a>, con sede en Hofors (Suecia), que inici\u00f3 el desarrollo de sus propios gatos hidr\u00e1ulicos a mediados de los 50. En las d\u00e9cadas posteriores, muchas cosas han cambiado, aunque los principios siguen siendo los mismos: combinar gran potencia con buen dise\u00f1o y alta calidad. Simson Power Tools tiene, a trav\u00e9s de una empresa del mismo grupo, su propia oficina de ventas y almac\u00e9n en Alemania.<\/p>\n<p>J2L es una sociedad de inversi\u00f3n familiar que explota y desarrolla peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, centr\u00e1ndose en empresas industriales y comerciales..<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de Livingstone cierra as\u00ed otra operaci\u00f3n en el sector, tras operaciones como la venta de <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/es\/transactions\/livingstone-ha-asesorado-a-mellby-gard-en-la-venta-de-hedson-technologies\/\">Hedson Technologies a Storskogen<\/a>, la venta de <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/es\/transactions\/livingstone-asesora-provideu-en-su-venta-a-novedo\/\">ProivdeU a Novedo<\/a> y la venta de <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/es\/transactions\/beneli-ha-sido-adquirida-por-el-grupo-industrial-sueco-volati\/\">Beneli a Volati<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Livingstone actu\u00f3 como asesor financiero exclusivo y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.morrislaw.se\/en\/\">Morris Law<\/a> actu\u00f3 como asesor legal de Obadja AB en el proceso de
