Livingstone ha actuado como asesor exclusivo de M&A de <\/strong>Helix Kapital<\/strong><\/a> (Helix) en la venta de <\/strong>Holms Attachments<\/strong><\/a> (Holms), l\u00edder europeo en la fabricaci\u00f3n de equipos de alta calidad para el mantenimiento de carreteras, a <\/strong>Ejendal Invest<\/strong><\/a>. Holms es un fabricante l\u00edder de equipos de mantenimiento de carreteras de alta calidad con una amplia gama de productos que incluye barredoras pick-up, barredoras y quitanieves. La empresa se fund\u00f3 en 1927 y en 2022 factur\u00f3 aproximadamente 150 millones de coronas suecas (12,7 millones de euros) a trav\u00e9s de distribuidores y colaboraciones exclusivas con fabricantes de equipos originales l\u00edderes en los pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos, parte de Europa, Am\u00e9rica y Asia.
