Los t\u00e9rminos de la transacci\u00f3n no se han hecho p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fundada a finales de los a\u00f1os 70, en Benifair\u00f3 de la Valldigna (Valencia), Frutas Tono es una firma de referencia en el sector con una consolidada presencia internacional. Frutas Tono produce y comercializa una amplia gama de c\u00edtricos, incluyendo naranjas, clementinas, mandarinas e h\u00edbridos. La empresa cultiva m\u00e1s de 1.000 hect\u00e1reas propias y tiene actividad comercial en casi todos los pa\u00edses de la UE y China, para lo que cuenta con dos instalaciones especializadas en el manipulado de estos productos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por su parte, Guillem Export con sede en Xeresa (Valencia), que gestiona cerca de 130 millones de kilos de c\u00edtricos anuales y cuenta con una plantilla de 1.200 empleados, da con esta fusi\u00f3n un paso m\u00e1s en su proceso de crecimiento inorg\u00e1nico encaminado a la creaci\u00f3n de uno de los l\u00edderes del mercado citr\u00edcola espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La fusi\u00f3n de estas compa\u00f1\u00edas, de origen familiar, da lugar a un grupo que va a gestionar m\u00e1s de 200 millones de kilos de c\u00edtricos, de los que 100 ser\u00e1n de producci\u00f3n propia. Todo este producto se comercializar\u00e1 en m\u00e1s de 25 pa\u00edses, manteniendo sus marcas y bajo la direcci\u00f3n conjunta de las familias Vercher y Guillem. Con esta operaci\u00f3n el grupo va a conseguir una estructura empresarial que permitir\u00e1 ofrecer una mejor aproximaci\u00f3n a los clientes, ampliando y mejorando el servicio y la calidad durante los doce meses del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>\u00abEsta operaci\u00f3n es clave para avanzar en la estrategia de crecimiento ejecutada en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, tras la integraci\u00f3n de la rama comercial de Frutas Romu, la adquisici\u00f3n de Mugui (Guillem Mu\u00f1oz) y ahora la fusi\u00f3n con Tono\u00bb,<\/em> se\u00f1ala\u00a0<strong>Fernando Guillem<\/strong>, presidente de Guillem Export.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong style=\"font-weight: 400\">Antonio Vercher<\/strong>, accionista y CEO de Frutas Tono ha comentado: <em>\u00abQuiero destacar el empe\u00f1o que todo el equipo de Livingstone ha puesto en esta operaci\u00f3n.
