La adquisici\u00f3n supone un importe de entre 100 y 150 millones de euros. Juntas, las dos empresas aspiran a ofrecer su software en toda Europa.<\/p><p>Locatiqs fabrica aplicaciones que permiten a las empresas ver c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n dispuestos los terrenos y los espacios p\u00fablicos. Esto permite a constructores y alba\u00f1iles ver d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n situados los cables y tuber\u00edas, para todo tipo de fines, como la fibra \u00f3ptica. Las aplicaciones de Locatiqs tambi\u00e9n son utilizadas por los responsables pol\u00edticos para saber qu\u00e9 plan de zonificaci\u00f3n se aplica a cada zona concreta. La empresa tiene unos 250 empleados y opera, entre otros pa\u00edses, en Alemania, Suiza y el Reino Unido. Con Main Capital Partners como accionista, la facturaci\u00f3n de Locatiqs ha pasado de 6 millones de euros a 35 millones.<\/p><p>Sogelink ha adquirido ocho empresas en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os y, tras la adquisici\u00f3n de Locatiqs, cuenta con m\u00e1s de 650 empleados y una facturaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 130 millones de euros. Con la fusi\u00f3n de Sogelink y Locatiqs, las dos empresas podr\u00e1n beneficiarse mutuamente de sus conocimientos y servir a un mercado m\u00e1s amplio en Europa.<\/p><p>Keensight Capital es un importante inversor europeo centrado en los sectores de Tecnolog\u00eda y Healthcare.
