Livingstone annonce aujourd’hui le renforcement de son \u00e9quipe avec l’arriv\u00e9e de l’analyste David Bergal<\/a>. M. Bergal soutiendra les activit\u00e9s de l’\u00e9quipe Situations Sp\u00e9ciales, notamment aupr\u00e8s de Joe Greenwood, Partner et responsable de la pratique. Ses principales responsabilit\u00e9s comprendront l’analyse financi\u00e8re et la valorisation, l’ex\u00e9cution des transactions, la gestion des due diligences ainsi que la recherche sectorielle et d’entreprises.<\/strong>

Avant de rejoindre Livingstone Partners, M. Bergal \u00e9tait analyste en banque d’affaires chez Ravinia Capital. Il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re au sein de l’\u00e9quipe Transaction Services de KPMG Isra\u00ebl, o\u00f9 il participait \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration de rapports de due diligence financi\u00e8re pour des clients private equity \u00e0 l’achat (buy-side).

Tymowski<\/a> <\/strong>a rejoint Livingstone en tant qu’Associate en 2013. Auparavant, Rob a travaill\u00e9 au sein du groupe Services aux entreprises du bureau de Chicago de Baird. Tymowski est intervenu sur un large \u00e9ventail de transactions, notamment la recapitalisation de NSL Analytical Services<\/strong> par May River Capital ; la cession de Peak Fall Protection<\/a><\/strong> \u00e0 Diversified Fall Protection, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille de North Branch Capital ; ainsi que la cession transfrontali\u00e8re de Primus Sterilizer<\/strong><\/a>, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille de Blue Sage Capital, \u00e0 Chalmers Group of Companies. Ramirez<\/a><\/strong> a rejoint Livingstone en 2019 en tant qu’Associate au sein de la pratique conseil en dette (Debt Advisory). Elle s’appuie sur une exp\u00e9rience de huit ans acquise chez Lincoln International et KeyBanc Capital Markets dans diff\u00e9rentes fonctions en conseil en dette et syndication de pr\u00eats.
