Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer la nomination de Johannes Faber en tant que Partner au bureau de D\u00fcsseldorf \u00e0 compter du 1er avril 2021.<\/strong>

Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l’Universit\u00e9 de Cologne en 2009, Johannes a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez Livingstone peu de temps apr\u00e8s. Au cours de ses \u00e9tudes, il s’est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en finance d’entreprise et M&A, effectuant des stages pertinents en Allemagne et \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger.<\/span>

Au cours des 11 ann\u00e9es qui ont suivi, Johannes a apport\u00e9 une contribution majeure au cabinet, d\u00e9veloppant une expertise approfondie des processus de M&A dans de nombreux secteurs et sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s, tout en faisant preuve d’un engagement remarquable envers ses clients.<\/span>

L’expertise de Johannes a largement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9quipe sectorielle T\u00e9l\u00e9communications et D\u00e9ploiement du Haut D\u00e9bit, qui a conseill\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s plus de dix transactions au cours des 24 derniers mois.<\/span>

Le succ\u00e8s de l’\u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu en novembre 2020 lorsque Livingstone a remport\u00e9 le prix \u00ab Best of Consulting \u00bb d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par WirtschaftsWoche dans la cat\u00e9gorie Finance \/ Fusions & Acquisitions.<\/span>
