Livingstone renforce son organisation avec la nomination de deux Associate Directors et d’un Associate, en promouvant Zakaria Marakbi<\/a> et Henrik Lillieh\u00f6\u00f6k au poste d’Associate Director, et Edward Herslow au poste d’Associate.<\/strong>

Zakaria Marakbi<\/a> et Henrik Lillieh\u00f6\u00f6k font tous deux partie de l’\u00e9quipe de Livingstone \u00e0 Stockholm depuis 2018.

Depuis son arriv\u00e9e chez Livingstone,

Zakaria<\/a> est intervenu sur un grand nombre de transactions dans divers secteurs. Il a notamment pris part \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations telles que la cession de San Sac Group<\/a> (anciennement une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille d’Accent Equity) au groupe fran\u00e7ais Sulo, la cession de Cliniclands<\/a> \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine Henry Schein, ainsi que la cession d’Adtoox<\/a> \u00e0 Peach (une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille d’Inflexion Private Equity).

Au cours de son parcours chez Livingstone, Henrik a travaill\u00e9 avec des entreprises telles que Biototal<\/a>, un acteur de la nutrition v\u00e9g\u00e9tale circulaire ax\u00e9 sur le secteur agricole, et Modigo, le premier fournisseur su\u00e9dois d’\u00e9valuations neuropsychiatriques et de traitements m\u00e9dicaux pour les patients atteints de TDAH.

Edward Herslow a rejoint l’\u00e9quipe de Livingstone \u00e0 Stockholm en 2020 et passe aujourd’hui du poste d’Analyst \u00e0 celui d’Associate. Durant son parcours chez Livingstone, Edward est intervenu sur la cession de TM Konsult <\/a>\u00e0 AFRY et la cession de V\u00e5rdv\u00e4skan<\/a> \u00e0 Storskogen.
