Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer les promotions de Mark Carl<\/a> au poste de Managing Director au sein du bureau de Chicago, ainsi que de Josh Kroll<\/a> et Eric Suh<\/a> au poste de Director au sein des bureaux de Los Angeles et de Chicago, respectivement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark Carl a rejoint Livingstone en 2010 et a r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e9volu\u00e9 au sein de l’organisation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa vaste exp\u00e9rience, sa connaissance approfondie du secteur et la confiance qu’il installe aupr\u00e8s des clients. Il a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la pratique Sant\u00e9 de Livingstone, l’une des \u00e9quipes sectorielles les plus actives et en forte croissance de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Parmi ses r\u00e9centes op\u00e9rations, Mark est notamment intervenu lors des recapitalisations de MOTION PT<\/a> et de Foothills Therapy Partners<\/a> par Confluent Health<\/a>, de la cession de Therapy Partner Solutions<\/a> \u00e0 Lee Equity<\/a>, ainsi que de l’acquisition de Senior Helpers<\/a> par Advocate Aurora Enterprises<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Josh Kroll a rejoint Livingstone en 2016 en tant qu’Analyste exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 au bureau de Los Angeles. Il s’est rapidement impos\u00e9 comme un membre cl\u00e9 au sein de chaque \u00e9quipe M&A, ce qui lui a permis de progresser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au sein de l’organisation. Josh dispose d’une solide exp\u00e9rience dans tous les secteurs d’activit\u00e9 et types d’op\u00e9rations, mais il est particuli\u00e8rement actif au sein de la pratique Services aux entreprises & Technologies de Livingstone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric Suh a rejoint Livingstone il y a plus de cinq ans, apr\u00e8s avoir particip\u00e9 au programme Summer Associate de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en 2017 et obtenu son MBA \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de Chicago en 2018. Avant de rejoindre Livingstone, Eric, en tant qu’expert-comptable (CPA), a pass\u00e9 pr\u00e8s d’une d\u00e9cennie dans le secteur des services financiers, occupant en dernier lieu des postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 en comptabilit\u00e9 et finance chez Fresenius Kabi USA et Paylocity. Eric s’est forg\u00e9 une solide exp\u00e9rience des transactions en jouant un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l’ex\u00e9cution des op\u00e9rations au sein des \u00e9quipes Services aux entreprises & Technologies, Sant\u00e9, Biens de consommation et Industrie de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
