Un sujet br\u00fblant d’actualit\u00e9 tel que la mise en \u0153uvre par la Su\u00e8de de la loi sur le contr\u00f4le des investissements directs \u00e9trangers (FDI Act), entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2023, a offert \u00e0 Livingstone Stockholm une nouvelle occasion de se r\u00e9unir lors d’un Knowledge Lunch. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir les intervenants Sascha Schaeferdiek, \u00d3lafur Steind\u00f3rsson et Lovisa Attesj\u00f6 du cabinet d’avocats Wistrand, renomm\u00e9s pour leur expertise dans ce domaine. Leur pr\u00e9sentation a offert une analyse approfondie et instructive de la l\u00e9gislation, rendant ce Knowledge Lunch particuli\u00e8rement enrichissant.<\/strong>\n

\nLe cabinet d’avocats Wistrand a partag\u00e9 ses pr\u00e9cieuses connaissances sur divers aspects de la loi FDI, notamment les activit\u00e9s et investissements concern\u00e9s, ainsi que la proc\u00e9dure d’examen et les sanctions potentielles.
