Fort du succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le programme 2024 a vu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/fr\/team\/felix-baust\/\">Felix Baust<\/a>, Associate au sein du bureau de D\u00fcsseldorf de Livingstone Partners, se rendre dans la vall\u00e9e de Luangwa afin de transmettre \u00e0 plus de 30 jeunes adultes des conseils pr\u00e9cieux sur l&rsquo;insertion professionnelle et les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s du monde des affaires.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2014, la Fondation Livingstone se consacre au soutien des communaut\u00e9s rurales en Zambie \u00e0 travers diverses initiatives \u00e9ducatives et sanitaires. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son partenariat de longue date avec les ONG locales \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.projectluangwa.org\/\">Projekt Luangwa<\/a>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chipembele.org\/\">Chipembele Wildlife Education Trust&nbsp;<\/a>\u2013 la Fondation a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la construction d&rsquo;infrastructures scolaires, au forage de puits et \u00e0 la fourniture de mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique. Cette initiative permet aux collaborateurs de Livingstone Partners de se rendre en Zambie pour transmettre des connaissances pratiques aux \u00e9tudiants inscrits aux formations d&rsquo;un an dispens\u00e9es par les ONG. Les jeunes participant \u00e0 ces programmes aspirent \u00e0 poursuivre des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures dans des domaines vari\u00e9s, allant des \u00e9tudes m\u00e9dicales et de la comptabilit\u00e9 pour Project Luangwa \u2013 qui agrandit actuellement ses installations pour accueillir 60 \u00e9tudiants \u2013 aux sciences de l&rsquo;environnement et au m\u00e9tier de guide de safari pour Project Chipembele, qui compte actuellement onze participants. Malgr\u00e9 leurs sp\u00e9cialisations diff\u00e9rentes, les deux projets partagent une mission commune : offrir \u00e0 des jeunes adultes issus de zones tr\u00e8s rurales les comp\u00e9tences et la confiance n\u00e9cessaires pour s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir dans leurs domaines respectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le b\u00e9n\u00e9vole de cette ann\u00e9e,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/fr\/team\/felix-baust\/\">Felix Baust<\/a>, a dispens\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de cours pour chaque projet, couvrant des th\u00e8mes tels que la \u00ab Pr\u00e9paration aux entretiens d&#8217;embauche \u00bb, l&rsquo;\u00ab Entrepreneuriat et affaires durables \u00bb et les \u00ab Comp\u00e9tences avanc\u00e9es sur Excel \u00bb. Au cours de ces sessions interactives, les \u00e9tudiants ont mis en pratique leurs acquis dans le cadre de travaux de groupe et ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation (pitch) d&rsquo;un projet d&rsquo;entreprise durable. Les quatre groupes les plus innovants et r\u00e9alistes ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9senter leurs id\u00e9es devant un jury compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants des projets et de Felix Baust lui-m\u00eame. Il m&rsquo;a permis d&rsquo;avoir un impact direct sur la communaut\u00e9 locale en partageant des notions pratiques indispensables pour la transition vers la vie active, tout en d\u00e9couvrant la culture locale. Les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s enthousiastes \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;apprendre, et il \u00e9tait remarquable de voir comment ils ont mis en application les enseignements, non seulement lors de la comp\u00e9tition finale, mais tout au long des cours. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait d&rsquo;offrir un environnement d&rsquo;apprentissage stimulant permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9largir leurs comp\u00e9tences techniques, d&rsquo;approfondir leur compr\u00e9hension du monde des affaires et de les autonomiser dans leur parcours professionnel. Je suis reconnaissant d&rsquo;avoir eu l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de soutenir Project Luangwa et Chipembele dans leur mission visant \u00e0 b\u00e2tir un avenir plus prosp\u00e8re pour la communaut\u00e9 locale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, ce programme de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat s&rsquo;inscrit parfaitement dans les objectifs de la Fondation Livingstone, en renfor\u00e7ant les ambitions \u00e9ducatives et l&rsquo;orientation professionnelle apport\u00e9es par Project Luangwa et Chipembele dans la vall\u00e9e du Sud-Luangwa.
