Adam a rejoint le p\u00f4le Situations Sp\u00e9ciales de Livingstone en 2022 apr\u00e8s avoir exerc\u00e9 en tant que banquier senior au sein du groupe de restructuration de Lazard. Il poss\u00e8de plus de douze ans d’exp\u00e9rience dans le conseil aux \u00e9quipes dirigeantes, conseils d’administration, cr\u00e9anciers et fonds d’investissement lors de situations de retournement et de transactions complexes.
