Livingstone est fier d’annoncer la promotion de deux collaborateurs de longue date. Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer la nomination de Frederik Schreurs<\/a> au poste d’Associate Partner \u00e0 compter du 1er avril 2025. M. Schreurs a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez Livingstone en 2015 et a depuis d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solide exp\u00e9rience transactionnelle dans de nombreux secteurs, tant \u00e0 l’achat qu’\u00e0 la vente. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, M. Schreurs a accompagn\u00e9 des projets de M&A internationaux, avec un accent particulier sur les solutions de succession, le capital-d\u00e9veloppement pour les entreprises technologiques et les strat\u00e9gies de buy and build dans l’univers du private equity. Avec des transactions telles que la cession de c-trace \u00e0 Tomra<\/a> ou l’investissement de Darwin CX dans DSB<\/a>, il a \u00e9galement jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la pratique M\u00e9dias & Technologies de Livingstone en Allemagne au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Michael Westhoven.<\/p> \n \n \n \n

\u00ab Frederik a connu un d\u00e9veloppement remarquable ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et, en plus de son savoir-faire sectoriel dans le domaine des M\u00e9dias & Technologies, a \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son propre r\u00e9seau de clients et d’investisseurs. Le 1er avril 2025 \u00e9galement, Niklas Naeve<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 promu au poste d’Associate Director. Apr\u00e8s l’obtention de son dipl\u00f4me de master, M. Naeve a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en tant qu’Analyste chez Livingstone en 2021 et est depuis lors un membre essentiel de l’\u00e9quipe de D\u00fcsseldorf, apportant une forte valeur ajout\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son exp\u00e9rience, en particulier au sein des \u00e9quipes sectorielles \u00ab Industrie \u00bb et \u00ab Services \u00bb. Son r\u00f4le chez Livingstone comprend le conseil sur des transactions d’entreprises internationales \u00e0 l’achat et \u00e0 la vente, notamment la cession du Groupe WESSLING \u00e0 ALS<\/a> et l’acquisition d’Innotec par le groupe Andra Tech<\/a>.<\/p> \n \n \n \n
