Luca Pignato<\/strong><\/a>, Partner,\u00a0Maximilian Bergold<\/strong><\/a>, Associate Partner, auparavant chez Fortlane Partner, et\u00a0Sebastian Engelbrecht<\/a><\/strong>, Director, auparavant chez PwC, rejoignent le nouveau bureau de Francfort-sur-le-Main. Luca Pignato continuera de diriger la pratique Agroalimentaire (Food & Beverages) dans la r\u00e9gion DACH. Maximilian Bergold a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re au sein du d\u00e9partement Banque d’affaires\/M&A de la banque priv\u00e9e allemande Berenberg. Il a ensuite enrichi son exp\u00e9rience en M&A chez EY et Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, avant de rejoindre l’\u00e9quipe de goetzpartners (d\u00e9sormais Fortlane Partners). Tout au long de son parcours, M. Bergold a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solide exp\u00e9rience dans le conseil aux acqu\u00e9reurs strat\u00e9giques et aux fonds de private equity, tant \u00e0 la cession (sell-side) qu’\u00e0 l’acquisition (buy-side). Au cours de ces op\u00e9rations, il s’est particuli\u00e8rement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les entreprises des secteurs M\u00e9dias & Technologie, notamment les sous-secteurs des Services IT et de la Cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9.

Sebastian Engelbrecht a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans la banque d’affaires ACXIT Capital Partners (d\u00e9sormais Stifel) \u00e0 Francfort, puis a approfondi son exp\u00e9rience M&A au sein du Global Technology Group de Stifel et aupr\u00e8s de la banque d’investissement am\u00e9ricaine Robert W. Baird, avant de rejoindre l’\u00e9quipe M&A\/Corporate Finance de PwC. Au fil de son parcours, M. Engelbrecht a conseill\u00e9 des fondateurs, des fonds de venture capital et de private equity ainsi que des acqu\u00e9reurs strat\u00e9giques lors de transactions \u00e0 la cession et \u00e0 l’acquisition. \u00c0 cette occasion, il s’est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les entreprises des secteurs M\u00e9dias & Technologie, notamment dans les sous-secteurs FinTech, Infrastructures num\u00e9riques et Services aux entreprises (Business Services).
