En 2007, il rejoint le d\u00e9partement Corporate Finance et Capital Markets de la banque Fortis \u00e0 Paris avant d\u2019int\u00e9grer les \u00e9quipes Corporate Finance Midcaps de BNP Paribas. Charles-Antoine a rejoint le bureau parisien de DDA &amp; Company, d\u00e9sormais Livingstone France, en 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charles-Antoine a travaill\u00e9 sur de nombreuses transactions small et mid market pour le compte de PME, grands groupes et fonds d\u2019investissement. Il a \u00e9galement une exp\u00e9rience dans les op\u00e9rations de march\u00e9 (OPA, IPO, augmentation de capital, placements priv\u00e9s, \u2026.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Formation :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Charles-Antoine est ing\u00e9nieur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l\u2019Ecole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure d\u2019Electricit\u00e9 et de M\u00e9canique de Nancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Titulaire d\u2019un MBA de l\u2019ESCP Europe.
