Ryan est Partner et co-responsable de la pratique Santé de Livingstone. Figurant parmi les collaborateurs les plus anciens de Livingstone, qu’il a rejoint dès sa création en 2007, il a joué un rôle déterminant dans le développement de la firme et l’activité M&A aux États-Unis.  Au cours de ses plus de 20 ans de carrière, Ryan a conseillé et réalisé des transactions avec des multinationales cotées, des entreprises indépendantes et familiales, des fonds de private equity mid-market, des family offices, des prêteurs et apporteurs de dette, ainsi que d’autres investisseurs financiers alternatifs. Son expérience comprend également le conseil sur de nombreuses transactions transfrontalières.<\/p>

En tant que co-responsable de la pratique Santé, Ryan possède une expertise particulière dans les prestataires de soins multi-sites, les plateformes de gestion de cabinets médicaux, les agences de recrutement médical et les réseaux de soins dentaires.  Ryan est l’un des conseillers M&A les plus actifs du secteur de la kinésithérapie, ayant réalisé plus de 20 transactions dans ce secteur et conseillé des opérations ayant conduit à la création de cinq des 15 plus grandes plateformes de kinésithérapie soutenues par des fonds de private equity.  Outre la santé, Ryan a conseillé des clients dans les secteurs des services aux entreprises, de la grande consommation et de l’industrie.<\/p>

En dehors de ses activités en banque d’affaires, Ryan gère les entités d’investissement privé affiliées à Livingstone, qui réalisent des engagements en fonds propres pour le compte du partenariat privé de la firme.<\/p>

Ryan a été cité dans des publications spécialisées en M&A et sectorielles telles que MergerMarket, PE Hub, PPS Impact Magazine et The Deal Magazine. Il est également intervenu à la Harvard Business School, la Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, au Chicago-Kent College of Law, ainsi que lors de diverses tables rondes consacrées au M&A.<\/p>

Avant de rejoindre Livingstone, Ryan a travaillé comme analyste au sein d’une banque d’affaires basée à Chicago et dans le groupe de restructuration de Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services.<\/p>

Ryan réside dans le quartier d’Old Town à Chicago avec son épouse et leurs trois enfants.  Il est originaire de Muskegon, dans le Michigan.<\/p>
