L’\u00e9quipe Debt Advisory de Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer la r\u00e9alisation d’un nouveau refinancement pour <\/strong>Kruger Family Industries<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab KFI \u00bb ou la \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb) aupr\u00e8s de <\/strong>BancFirst<\/strong><\/a> et <\/strong>Mabrey Bank<\/strong><\/a>. La transaction s’est conclue en janvier 2025 ; les conditions financi\u00e8res n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Portage, dans le Wisconsin, KFI est le plus grand fabricant nord-am\u00e9ricain de produits en plastique thermoform\u00e9 de forte \u00e9paisseur. S’appuyant sur quatre sites de production aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Mexique, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fabrique sur mesure des produits de manutention en plastique thermoform\u00e9 de forte \u00e9paisseur et des composants automobiles principalement destin\u00e9s aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, aux \u00e9quipementiers automobiles traditionnels (OEM), \u00e0 la distribution, au secteur public et aux march\u00e9s industriels. L’ing\u00e9nierie \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en fait un fournisseur de confiance aupr\u00e8s d’une client\u00e8le diversifi\u00e9e exigeant des produits r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des normes tr\u00e8s strictes.<\/p>

Livingstone a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 pour refinancer la dette senior existante de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, qui comprenait un cr\u00e9dit revolving bas\u00e9 sur des actifs et un pr\u00eat \u00e0 terme. \u00ab Notre relation avec Livingstone remonte \u00e0 plus de 11 ans.
