Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer que son \u00e9quipe Sant\u00e9 a conseill\u00e9 <\/strong>NexPhase Capital, LP<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab NexPhase \u00bb) lors de l’acquisition de <\/strong>Behavior Frontiers<\/strong><\/a>, un acteur majeur des services de prise en charge bas\u00e9s sur l’Analyse Appliqu\u00e9e du Comportement (\u00ab ABA \u00bb) pour les personnes atteintes d’autisme et autres besoins sp\u00e9cifiques. Les conditions financi\u00e8res de la transaction n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Behavior Frontiers a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2004 par sa PDG, Helen Mader, afin d’offrir des soins homog\u00e8nes et de haute qualit\u00e9 appuy\u00e9s par une recherche de pointe et des pratiques fond\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es aux personnes atteintes d’autisme de tous \u00e2ges, avec un accent particulier sur l’intervention pr\u00e9coce aupr\u00e8s des enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 3 \u00e0 6 ans. Aujourd’hui, l’entreprise exploite 26 centres et propose des soins \u00e0 domicile dans 12 \u00c9tats, aidant ainsi des milliers de patients et leurs familles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration et la fourniture de programmes de traitement ABA complets et individualis\u00e9s.<\/p>
