La transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9e en juillet 2024 et ses conditions financi\u00e8res n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Florida Distillers est un acteur majeur et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 du secteur des spiritueux et des vins, disposant d&rsquo;un portefeuille de marques prim\u00e9es et de la premi\u00e8re distillerie enregistr\u00e9e en Floride en 1943.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e8re un portefeuille vari\u00e9 de marques propres, notamment la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Capriccio Sangria, Deauville (liqueurs), Ron Carlos (rhum des Cara\u00efbes ; \u00c9tats-Unis uniquement) et Mad Dragon (boissons aromatis\u00e9es \u00e0 base de vin pr\u00eat-\u00e0-boire ; \u00c9tats-Unis uniquement).
