Livingstone est intervenu en tant que conseiller financier exclusif de la famille Ascari et d’<\/strong>Itago Private Equity<\/strong><\/a> (anciennement Finint & Partners) dans le cadre de la cession d’<\/strong>ABL S.r.l.<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab ABL \u00bb), un leader italien de la conception et de la fabrication de machines de transformation de fruits, \u00e0 <\/strong>Gulftech International, Inc.<\/strong><\/a> (\u00ab Gulftech \u00bb), un groupe am\u00e9ricain sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les solutions d’ing\u00e9nierie pour l’industrie agroalimentaire. Dans le cadre de cette op\u00e9ration, la famille Ascari a r\u00e9investi au capital de Gulftech \u00e0 hauteur d’une participation minoritaire.<\/strong><\/p>

Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Cavezzo (Mod\u00e8ne) et fond\u00e9e il y a plus de 40 ans, ABL<\/strong> s’est impos\u00e9e comme une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence mondiale dans le domaine des machines de transformation de fruits frais d\u00e9coup\u00e9s, se hissant au quatri\u00e8me rang mondial en termes de parts de march\u00e9. L’entreprise est reconnue pour son expertise en ing\u00e9nierie et son innovation dans les solutions sur mesure destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l’industrie agroalimentaire. <\/p>

Depuis 2015, ABL \u00e9tait soutenue par Finint & Partners<\/strong> (d\u00e9sormais Itago<\/strong><\/a>), un investisseur en private equity qui a accompagn\u00e9 la croissance de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer son positionnement industriel. La famille Ascari, fondatrice d’ABL, avait conserv\u00e9 une participation majoritaire et continu\u00e9 \u00e0 diriger l’entreprise.<\/p>

Gulftech<\/strong>, dont le si\u00e8ge social est situ\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, est un leader mondial des technologies de transformation alimentaire, disposant d’un portefeuille de filiales op\u00e9rationnelles fournissant des \u00e9quipements et des services aux producteurs agroalimentaires du monde entier. Cette acquisition s’inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie d’expansion internationale de Gulftech \u00e0 travers des op\u00e9rations de M&A cibl\u00e9es.<\/p>
