Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer que l’\u00e9quipe Benelux du cabinet est intervenue en tant que conseil M&A dans le cadre de la cession de <\/strong>Paazl<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 <\/strong>Wuunder<\/strong><\/a>. Les conditions financi\u00e8res de la transaction n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>

Paazl, une plateforme de livraison multi-transporteurs en SaaS active \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle internationale pour les acteurs du e-commerce, unit ses forces avec le sp\u00e9cialiste des services de gestion des transports Wuunder.<\/p>

Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2009, Paazl a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s une plateforme haut de gamme qui simplifie int\u00e9gralement le processus d’exp\u00e9dition des e-commer\u00e7ants en les connectant \u00e0 un vaste r\u00e9seau de transporteurs (inter)nationaux. La valeur ajout\u00e9e de la plateforme est largement reconnue, lui permettant d’\u00e9largir continuellement sa base de clients, qui compte des acteurs de premier plan tels que Rituals, Greetz et Under Armour.<\/p>

Wuunder est un fournisseur de plateforme num\u00e9rique d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux services de gestion des transports. Active aux Pays-Bas, en Belgique et en Allemagne, la plateforme de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 propose des solutions automatis\u00e9es et optimis\u00e9es pour rationaliser le processus d’exp\u00e9dition de colis et de palettes. Ce service complet est utilis\u00e9 par sa client\u00e8le (inter)nationale compos\u00e9e d’e-commer\u00e7ants, de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s commerciales et d’entreprises industrielles.<\/p>

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des offres de services de Wuunder et Paazl, les clients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d’un acc\u00e8s optimis\u00e9 \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail de transporteurs et d’options de transport, d’un checkout dynamique avec affichage des tarifs et d\u00e9lais de livraison en temps r\u00e9el, ainsi que d’une exp\u00e9rience de livraison encore plus performante.<\/p>
