Dans un premier temps, Juvo Plus, un d\u00e9veloppeur et commercialisateur de produits particuli\u00e8rement performant sur la plateforme Amazon, a fusionn\u00e9 avec Cap Hill Brands, un agr\u00e9gateur e-commerce de premier plan de marques Amazon. Le nouvel ensemble a pris le nom d&rsquo;Infinite Commerce, affirmant sa position de grand acteur mondial des produits de consommation grand public et de plateforme de consolidation. Peu apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation, Infinite Commerce a acquis les agr\u00e9gateurs e-commerce&nbsp;Dragonfly&nbsp;et Moonshot Brands, renfor\u00e7ant consid\u00e9rablement sa taille et la diversit\u00e9 de ses marques sur de multiples canaux.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p><p>Dragonfly&nbsp;est un acteur majeur des produits de consommation, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;acquisition et le d\u00e9veloppement de marques diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es vendues principalement sur la marketplace Amazon, ainsi qu&rsquo;en vente directe aux consommateurs &lpar;D2C&rpar; et via la distribution en gros. Fond\u00e9e en 2019,&nbsp;Dragonfly&nbsp;d\u00e9tient dix-sept marques en portefeuille.
