Cette transaction marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la croissance r\u00e9ussie de Sunaru et dote l&rsquo;entreprise de moyens suppl\u00e9mentaires pour poursuivre son d\u00e9veloppement, tout en renfor\u00e7ant la position sur le march\u00e9 et les capacit\u00e9s de Craftor dans ses segments strat\u00e9giques.<\/strong><\/p><p>Fond\u00e9e en 1998 avec un c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier ax\u00e9 sur la distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, Sunaru est aujourd&rsquo;hui un acteur majeur du g\u00e9nie civil dans la r\u00e9gion du Grand Stockholm, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les infrastructures \u00e9lectriques et hydrauliques. S&rsquo;appuyant sur une vaste exp\u00e9rience et une solide expertise technique, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9tabli une position forte sur le march\u00e9 ainsi qu&rsquo;une marque reconnue.
