Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 Capillar Equity dans le cadre de la cr\u00e9ation de <\/strong>Nordic Climate Group<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 le premier groupe su\u00e9dois d’installations frigorifiques et de solutions techniques \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/strong> L’objectif est de cr\u00e9er un acteur incontournable de la conception, de l’installation et de la maintenance de syst\u00e8mes de refroidissement et de chauffage, accompagn\u00e9s de services annexes, sur le march\u00e9 su\u00e9dois.<\/strong><\/p>

Le groupe rassemble 20 entreprises sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans les technologies de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration et 12 franchis\u00e9s. Ensemble, le groupe r\u00e9alise un chiffre d’affaires de 1,3 milliard de SEK et compte environ 500 collaborateurs. Capillar Equity d\u00e9tient un peu plus de 50 % des actions de Nordic Climate Group, tandis que les dirigeants des entreprises locales conservent une participation significative au sein du groupe.<\/p>

Capillar Equity est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de private equity qui investit dans des petites et moyennes entreprises de la r\u00e9gion nordique afin d’en faire des leaders sectoriels gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la croissance, \u00e0 l’am\u00e9lioration de la rentabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 un professionnalisme accru. Livingstone a conseill\u00e9 Capillar Equity sur 11 des 20 acquisitions de Nordic Climate Group.<\/p>

Livingstone r\u00e9alise ainsi une nouvelle transaction dans le secteur des Services aux entreprises, apr\u00e8s la cession d’IBS Byggnadsst\u00e4llningar \u00e0 Xervon, la cession de TM Konsult \u00e0 AFRY et la cession de MJ Contractor \u00e0
