L’\u00e9quipe de D\u00fcsseldorf de Livingstone, en collaboration avec Rabobank International, a conseill\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s Pon Holdings B.V., un family office n\u00e9erlandais, dans le cadre de l’offre publique d’achat sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cot\u00e9e Derby Cycle AG.<\/strong><\/p>

La filiale allemande de Pon a propos\u00e9 aux actionnaires de Derby Cycle AG 28 \u20ac par action, valorisant les capitaux propres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 210 M\u20ac. Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Cloppenburg, Derby Cycle AG est un fabricant de cycles majeur en Allemagne et l’un des principaux fournisseurs en Europe. Sa gamme de produits de haute qualit\u00e9 comprend des v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques, des v\u00e9los de sport pour le loisir et la comp\u00e9tition, ainsi que des v\u00e9los de ville pour un usage quotidien.<\/p>

Les v\u00e9los sont commercialis\u00e9s sous les marques reconnues Kalkhoff, Focus, Raleigh, Univega et Rixe. Lors de l’exercice financier 2009\/10, Derby a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 173 millions d’euros et employait 550 personnes. Derby a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite en bourse en f\u00e9vrier 2011 dans le cadre d’une offre publique initiale (IPO) et est depuis lors cot\u00e9e sur le segment Prime Standard de la bourse allemande Deutsche Börse.<\/p>

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avait int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l’indice des petites capitalisations allemandes S-Dax avant l’offre publique d’achat.<\/p>
