L’\u00e9quipe du secteur Industriel de Livingstone a le plaisir d’annoncer que Global Power Equipment Group, Inc. a acquis Koontz-Wagner Custom Controls Holdings LLC, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en portefeuille du fonds de private equity bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Chicago, High Street Capital.<\/p>

Global Power financera le prix d’achat de 31,5 M$ sur sa tr\u00e9sorerie disponible. Bas\u00e9e dans l’Indiana, Koontz-Wagner est un fabricant et int\u00e9grateur de premier plan de solutions sur mesure d’abris techniques de contr\u00f4le pour les industries de l’\u00e9nergie, du p\u00e9trole & gaz et de l’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. L’int\u00e9gration des solutions d’abris techniques de contr\u00f4le de Koontz-Wagner \u00e9largira l’offre de produits de Global Power et soutiendra son expansion internationale vers des produits et services d’infrastructures adjacents.  En 2011, Koontz-Wagner a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d’affaires de 34 M$.<\/p>
